CLENG Ltd use whichever combination of Condition Monitoring techniques ensures that you get the most out of your machinery assets. We understand the importance of keeping your plant running and costs down, so our goal is to provide a comprehensive service at a competitive cost.
- Vibration Analysis & Vibration Trending:
Determine root causes of faults that are causing vibration in machinery. A correctly planned and executed Condition Monitoring Program can avoid breakdowns allowing maintenance activities to be scheduled around production. - Thermography:
Use Thermal Imaging to identify potential faults in both electrical, mechanical and process equipment. Our engineers have the practical experience to spot problems before it becomes a production stopping issue.
CLENG use integrated technology approach to Condition Monitoring. This means using the most appropriate Condition Monitoring technology combination available. Combining Vibration Analysis and Thermography whilst analysing current or load readings as part of one survey allows your maintenance engineers to truly see the complete picture of your machinery condition.
Corrective Action
Corrective action is a crucial part of the service CLENG offers. CLENG engineers are specialists in In-Situ balancing and Laser Alignment.
If there is access to the rotating element it can usually be balanced In-Situ, avoiding the disruption and costs of removing the unit to shop balance. Laser Alignments are carried out to precision ISO tolerances by experienced engineers.
In line with our Integrated Technology approach, following an In-Situ balance or Laser Alignment a vibration analysis and/or Thermography reading will be taken. This not only shows the immediate effects of the rectification work but also provides a base line for future trending.
Balancing Machine Calibration
Having your machine regularly serviced and calibrated is crucial to its correct operation. CLENG engineers are specialists in the operation and application of Balancing Machine Systems.
Balancing Machine Service & Calibrations not only ensure the precision of your system but also include refresher training for your operators. This ensures confidence in machine operation and could even expand the capabilities of your Balancing Department. Formal practical Balancing training courses held 'hands on' your Balancing Machine are also offered.
